i have LG AX5000 and LG VX4400B and want to erase all data

i have LG AX5000 and LG VX4400B and want to erase all data info and give phones away it is driving me crazy on how to do it, help.

going into settings searching menu items.

For the AX5000 dial this combination and it should reset the phone: #961*873e7d1c#

 

For the VX4400B Follow these steps:

  1. Go to Menu
  2. Option 8
  3. Option 4
  4. Your last 4 numbers of your phone number will be the code
  5. Option 5
  6. Push OK
