Sometimes my iPhone erases some of my past calendar dates when syncing.
My son's iPhone does not do this when he's syncing.
It had erased calendar events before April 17. Last time it erased calendar events before May 31.
When I went to AT&T store, they didn't know why.
Please help.
I like to keep my calendar.

Hi Jo, what are you using to store your calendar on your PC? Outlook? Or are you using a Gmail Exchange account? Or MobileMe? Or?
Customer: replied 6 years ago.
Not for sure.
I guess Outlook.
I don't use Gmail Exchange or MobileMe.

Probably will have to find out this evening when my son is home. He helps me with IPhone.
We need to know for sure. Go to the Calendar App on your iPhone and tap "Calendars" at the top. Tel me what you see on the page that displays.

Birthdays (check mark)
Thanks for the additional information. This is controlled via setting in iTunes. When the iPhone is plugged in and you go to the Info tab, where the calendar sync information is (this is in iTunes) there is a check box "Do not sync events older than ## XXXXX I don't have a PC with me (I'm on a Mac) so I can't tell you the exact setting. Maybe uncheck the box? Or try entering 0, which means "infinity" in most scenarios like this. Alternatively as a last resort, you could just enter 600 days or something so it will go back 2 years or whatever you deem reasonable.

When I have it plugged in to iTunes, where is the Info tab?
Click on your iPhone on the side. Then look under the calendar information.
