My cat appears to have been stung by the scorpion he killed

Customer Question

My cat appears to have been stung by the scorpion he killed last night. He threw up this morning and he is have difficulty using his hind legs. Do I need to rush him to the emergency pet hospital or will this wear off like it does for humans
JA: I'm sorry to hear that. This sounds like it might be serious. I'll let the Veterinarian know what's going on ASAP. Is there anything else important you think the Veterinarian should know about your cat?
Customer: He is about 3 years old and in good health
