Fed with ProPlan dry food. Could probably have to have meds ground and
Fed in some tuna.

I did not see that Simba had an ear problem. Even with this, it is hard to treat this without being able to touch him or treat him. You can ask your vet for a tranquilizer pill so you can get him to your vet. If you can touch him, you can try using swimmers Ear, available at the pharmacy over the counter, every 8 hrs to see if this will help against an ear infection. I worry very much that this could be something more serious such as a tumor due to his advanced age so this type of treatment may not work well. Like I mentioned before, Benadryl liquid Pediatric at 1/2 teaspoon will make Simba drowsy so you can take a better look.
