Customer Question

I put too much advantage on my cat. Vet said .8, I put 1.8. A lot of it spilled, and I have wiped it off and held her until coat is dry. Anything else I should do?
JA: I'm sorry to hear that. What is the cat's name?
Customer: Nala
JA: Is there anything else the Veterinarian should be aware of about Nala?
Customer: She' s a Bengal, 4 years old and in good health.

I'm pleased to tell you that you did just what you should have done but even if you hadn't wiped it off please note that most problems with the active ingredient imidacloprid were seen following oral dosing of this topical product. Signs included hypersalivation and vomiting. There's no need to treat Nala further. She should do nicely. Please respond with further questions or concerns if you wish.
