I am very worried about your description of Milkshake. If her gums are white, she is seriously ill. She may be bleeding internally, she may have an infection such as feline leukemia, she may have internal disease. I try to recommend home remedies or over the counter medication when I can, but this is a possible emergency. She needs medical care, and right away.

There are places that may help with vet bills; these websites lists some:

If her gums are white, she could be dying. Even if I were physically there with you, I could do nothing without getting her to a clinic and medication and treatments.
