Hi. This is Dr. Hill. Sorry Ramsey is not feeling well. If his ears or abdomen feel warm then he may have a fever. As long as he is eating and drinking with no vomiting, then he should be okay until you can see your local veterinarian for a physical tomorrow. You can check his temperature rectally at home. Normal temp is 99.9 to 102.9. Anything under 104 is safe for the moment. Please ask any additional questions. Hope this helps.

He has a fever I'll take him to the vet in the morning his ears are warm
Customer: replied 10 months ago.
Can I give him baby medicine for fever?
Expert:  Kelly Hill replied 10 months ago.

No. Cats metabolize drugs differently than humans, so even baby medicines are toxic to cats. Best to hold tight. Lots of TLC and see your vet tomorrow. take care.
