Hello,I am sorry your cat is not feeling well. How old is he?What and when did he eat last?Is he an indoor kitty? After your reply please give me a few minutes to type detailed answer.
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
a little over 2 years.Last time I think he ate last wed or thur.has a pet door to go in and out.I keep dry food and fresh water avaible inside.I have another 10 yr old cat and a 2yr old terrier/blue heiler dog inside, they seem normal.Baby was going to vet yesterday morning,he got out and disappeared,I found him later under house, vet was closed by then.We live out in country.I have been making him drink with a droper.

he tried to go out cat door last nite,I have it locked, when he couldn't get out,I heard him getting sick.He threw up maybe a tablespoon of liquid.

Thanks so much for your very helpful reply. Here are some things too try at home to help Baby.Drain the water from a can of tuna into a bowl, see if he will lap it up for hydration. Yellow urine can indicate dehydration. If he does offer some tuna.Go out and get a few jars of baby food chicken or turkey with no onion or garlic. Warm it a a bit to bring out the aroma. Most cats will smurf it right up.You can also use canned cat food or boiled chicken. If he throws up he can have one quarter of a ten mg pepcid a/c (famotidine) is imperative we get fluids into him. You can also try plain pedialyte, broth or milk. Please let me know what happens. I will be here for you all day. What do you think this could be??I'm thinking a cancer.......
Expert:  Terri replied 1 year ago.
It is hard to say without being able to examine him BUT cancer is very unlikely in such a young kitty. He may have an infection or a fever. Possibly a urinary tract infection. Please let me know if he eats or drinks anything.

he don't like me bothering him,I got maybe 4.0ml of tuna juice in him,How often should I do this?
Expert:  Terri replied 1 year ago.
How did you get it in him? Syringe, dropper or he drank it willingly?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Expert:  Terri replied 1 year ago.
OK, go nice and slow so he does not throw up. Try to get a tablespoon an hour into him
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I just saw him walking, his hind legs seem a little stiff.
Expert:  Terri replied 1 year ago.
Is he able to pass urine and stool? Is there any chance he got hurt by a car, other animal or fell?
