Hello I am Dr. Joey. Thanks for trusting me to help you and your pet today. I am a licensed veterinarian with over 16 years of experience. I look forward to working with you.

I am so sorry to hear Aby has these issues but I have a few more questions that will help me know where you are in the process of figuring out why she has this issue.

1)Aside from throwing medications (which are not working) at the problem, what testing has been done, specifically has she had radiographs (X-rays) which were looked at by a board certified radiologist? Tracheal wash or bronchoscopy with cytology and culture? And, screening for heart worm disease and lung worms? (and if you live in a high fungal disease area screening for this as well).

2) Do you use a nebulizer with her and tried nebulizing antibiotics if we think this is truly a bacterial problem?

3)Do you have an inhaler for her? And, if so, what drugs do you use in the inhaler?

I am assuming she has had full screening lab work already with a complete blood count, chemistry profile, stool check and urine check.

Thanks for answering a few more questions. This helps me understand where you are in the overall process of working up this problem.
