My cats eyes are totally dialated, he is bumping into the wall, peeing in his bed yet he is eating like a pig.

He was in the ER last weekend with a tooth absess. 2 days later the exploded from the outside of his cheek. Once it exploded he directly to his food ans water.He has put on some weight since then but this past weekend he started acting like I explained above.

OK. Based on your description, it sounds like he has suddenly become blind. My main concern is that it may indicate hypertension with retinal detachment. I highly recommend having him seen by a vet as soon as possible to have his blood pressure checked. If we confirm that it is high, he should be starting on a medication called amlodipine immediately.

The weight loss with associated ravenous appetite and inappropriate urination is suggestive of either hyperthyroidism or diabetes mellitus. We can easily test for these with some screening blood work. Then, once we have a diagnosis we can begin treatment.
