a feral cat showed up i fed her and allowed her in the house but now she is having a viganal blood discharge i know i need to get her spayed when i have the money but does she need to see a vet right now?

She may simple be in heat although it's uncommon to see blood because the fastidious cat cleans the vaginal area frequently. Alternatively, you're seeing the discharge of a pyometra - an infected uterus although the discharge is usually purulent (pusy) with or without blood. A vet can differentiate one scenario from the other but the most cost effective approach is to simply have her spayed. Pyometra can be life-threatening.
