Most likely, yes. Cosmetic ingredients aren't considered significant toxins to our pets although gastrointestinal distress - inappetence, vomiting and/or diarrhea) may arise from ingesting such an unusual "food". Propylene glycol should be avoided in cats but the amount Esme ingested isn't likely to be significant in that foundation. Can you estimate how much she might have ingested and please tell me what she weighs.
