I am sorry to hear you are worried about Thoran. My name is Rebecca. I am a veterinarian and will do my best to help.
Is he acting normal? Playing, eating, no vomiting or diarrhea? If you check his gums, are they pink in color?
Has he been to your veterinarian yet for a check up, worm testing and vaccination yet?
One of the most common reasons for kittens to have a pot belly is parasites like roundworms. I would have a stool sample checked microscopically; most parasites are too small to see with the naked eye.
This may be from over eating, and as he grows an develops more muscle, he will slim down.
If he seems sick, or if his gums look pale, I would have him checked over by your veterinarian, and possibly tested for viral diseases. But if he is acting like a playful normal kitten, this is probably not serious.
Let me know if this is helpful and what other questions I can answer.
