Did you mean "something black between his gum and the inside of his mouth.
The outside of his jaw would be the hairy side of his face.
Are you talking about the upper or lower side of his mouth?
Or maybe you meant that there is something black between the base of the tooth and the gum below it.
I'm sorry to ask so many question but I need to know what you mean
If he has receded gums, the exposed base of his tooth may be stained black.
Or he may have some thing lodged in the gum below his tooth and he is trying to get it out.
Or actually something lodged between the base of the tooth (the bottom) and his gum.
