My Cat developed a clot in his right hind leg and had been hospitalized for three days is now home and has little use of that leg does have some blood getting to the foot but unable to get pulse in that leg did some research on it and discovered nattokinase He is 12 lbs. found it at a health food 100mg. capsules if it does not improve he will probally have to be put down I prayed about this and feel that God does want me to give it to him but I was wondering how often he should have it

I am so sorry Caesar is so ill.
It sounds like he had a saddle thrombus.
He is also on a clot buster plus pain medication.
Nattokinase CAN be give to a cat @ 75 mg split into two doses. Read the label and MAKE sure the product does NOT contain any vitamin K as that would be counter-indicated:
