Hello
I am sorry to hear you are worried about Lily. I am also sorry you did not get help from an expert before now. I just came online and saw your question.
I am a veterinarian and will do my best to help.
I would not put drops containing steroids like prednisolone in a cat's eye that has been scratched. If there is a scratch, we usually use drops containing antibiotics, and avoid steroids. Steroids can, in some cases, make the eye worse if the cornea is scratched.
I hope this helps, and I am sorry an expert was not able to help you sooner.
