Hello, I am Dr. Peter a licensed Veterinarian. I would like to help.

What you are describing is consistent with an upper respiratory infection. They may need oral and eye antibiotics. I would have them checked by your family veterinarian for sure. In the meantime, pick up over the counter eye wash; irrigate the eyes and clean with a gauze.

Hope the above helps, if you have additional questions I will be glad to answer them.

A cat's body temperature is 100.5-102.5 F, humans temperature is 98.6 F so upon touch they will always feel warmer. The only way to rule out a fever is by taking a rectal temperature.

Your Welcome.
