Cat with constipation and a enlargement in the pelvic canal resulting in constipation.Aspiration of the mass revealed a thick mucoid light brownish liquid

While I cannot diagnose your cat's problem via the internet I can make the following general comments based on my past experience of such cases over the years :

The first thing to say is that an enlargement of the pelvic canal { Meaning the bony structure } is not likely to be associated with any particular disease process in cats.

As to a differential :

1. I would strongly consider stasis of the colon { megacolon } as a possible diagnosis, this is not an uncommon condition. Here is a link for more information : LINK

2. Also consider bowel obstruction through ingesting foreign objects such as lengths of string etc.

3. And bowel cancer which again is common in the cat could present like this as well.
