I will try this format to see if we connect.If you put a flea control product on him, that can cause twitching which can last 24 hours or more.Other causes of twitching would be a form of seizure, getting into something poisonous, or a disease that is affecting his nervous system.If you are going to be leaving him alone, I would have him checked out first.
