My suspicion is that your description fits well with signs of a Feline Upper Respiratory Viral Infection - essentially the Flu for cats.

Common signs of a cat upper respiratory infection include:
- Sneezing
- Nasal Discharge
- Ocular discharge (one or both)
- Even decreased appetite, lethargy and vomiting.

An option to discuss with your veterinarian is Lysine. This is a common addition to the therapy for cats with viral infections.

The lysine stops the virus from replicating and therefore allows the immune system to better fight the infection.

Every cat reacts differently, based on their individual immune system and the way the virus affects that specific cat.
