Hello and thanks for posting. I am most concerned that Simon has a saddle thrombus, which is an emergency. This is a blood clot at the area where the aorta splits to deliver blood flow to each of his rear legs. Please get him in right away to an emergency vet for aggressive pain control as well as confirmation as to what is going on. Best to you and Simon- Dr. A
