Hi. Yes there is. Canada is a vast country and a lot of pilot are needed (fire fighting, agricultural spreading, hunt ground reaching, mining prospection etc...). You can follow the procedure to convert your FAA to a TCCA:

I am not sure if the diploma can directly be used as an equivalent in Canada, it surely have additional formation that need to go with it (it should be minimal that said as the ICAO is in montreal after all, so it better be a well established migration).

There should be as much job as in the US in relation to the population. Since the privatization of the air controls in Canada from the ministry or transport to Nav Canada, you end up with only one employer. Currently they have 1900 air traffic controllers.
