Thank you for contacting Just Answer/ Pearl for your career needs. Before I can help with the valuation for the PT could you please answer a few questions? First does your firm have any PT's already on staff? If yes, are they full or part time? Also do you have a job description you could share for the new hire PT? What other benefits will the job come with? Once I have this information I can give you a ball park figure for salary.
I look forward to your reply,
Just one PT on staff full time, myself. We have two others who are per diem not full time hours. Staff physical therapist will be the title. Benefits as of now are 3 weeks paid time off and health benefits, no dental or vision as of yet. We are a small company and still growing and looking into obamacare options.
OK one last question....
Would you be willing to share your starting salary? If you don't want to share your exact amount if you could give me an idea that would be great.
I have an idea for salary but want to make sure it will fit with your company.
100 i am the director i have no health benefits.
Hello Katie. I am meeting with bosses today to pitch this hire to them. I really need an answer soon. Please help.
I hope this is in time. I would suggest starting at about $75,000. I say this because most people like to have some wiggle room and like to feel like they have negotiated their salary. If you start at 75K you have room to go up from there. You could also do a bonus structure if they are going to be bringing in new business to the practice.
I hope this help and it was in time.
