If two prospective employes say they will let you know by the end of the week, and you don't hear from them is it O.K. to call on Monday and ask if any decisions have been made regarding the position?

Yes, it is quite common and encouraged to follow up after job interviews. I would specifically phone in this situation it will show that you are interested and excited about the position. You may say something like... " Hello, this is Jane, I interviewed with you last week for the XYZ position. I am very much interested in the position and hope you can tell me if a decision has been made." If they say yes, the position is filled. I would then say.. "I was quite impressed with your company and hope you will keep me in mind for future opportunities"hrguru20641085.67310625
