Rachel - thank you for the status update. Yes, this is something that I REALLY need, so I do not want to close the question - I am in need of the response to this question. This should be able to be found via a web search - not sure what the challenge is here. Please note - I contacted customer service a couple of days ago and told them that I accidentally posted this question to the incorrect category. It is not a "Computer" category. They told me they would move it to the correct category. Can you please assist with this? Again, I am in need of this response. Thank you for your help.
