Learn about the company you are applying for and let them know what strengths you have that you can bring to the position you are seeking and the one being offered. Letting them know you have these skills along with being able to grow and learn more as well.

Focus on work related skills and accomplishments from the past employers. Let them know how you can be an asset to the company. Talk about your, education and work history and let them know a couple of good personal character traits you may have as well to help in the position you are seeking.
