I had a heart attack last October - 2012 - as of this date,
I had a heart attack last October - 2012 - as of this date, when I go to the office I only see the PA. Is this normal or do I need to seek another doc?

whenever i have an EKG done, i get the above results, and the reviewing PA is always noticably alarmed. i'm a 50 year old firefighter, soldier, and runner in otherwise great shape., non smoker with no history of heart disease. rarely have i ever felt like i was pushing myself too or dangerously far in strenuous exercise. 50 bpm and 120/80 are normal for me.
no one ever tells me what these results indicate, and what the implications may be, even after a cardiological stress test that cleared me for fire department and army duty. my insurance premium offering was tripled, though. Can you tell me what you would think was wrong with me if you saw these results?
would it make sense to have an MRI done to get some clarity?
