Okay I see, I can understand, one more question, when this last time happened what was it attributed to and have you had any investigations done at that time?

Okay I am ready; I am posting my answer here;

This does not sound like due to any serious problems

Serious conditions like heart problems etc do not appear to be the possibility

I have asked about many other symptoms but you are not having any such symptoms and in the absence of any such symptoms and only prominent symptom being heart beating fast & some mild dizziness is not really suspicious for any serious health condition

As long as this is the only main symptom then there is no need to visit the ER

However if you develop any additional symptoms mentioned earlier above or if the current symptoms worsen then visiting ER is necessary

But this is most likely not due to any serious condition or heart problem etc and this is most likely going to resolve by itself and soon

Stress is most likely causing this

Try to rest as much as possible

Avoid any strenuous activities

Take enough fluid

This should resolve soon

Please let me know if you have any further questions, and please click a positive rating (preferably 5 Star/Excellent) to credit for the time & effort put by me in answering your health question, and this is the only way I will be credited for my service to you. If you have follow-up or additional questions you can ask them after the rating too.
