what are your questions?

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
I have been having weird chest pains under my left Breast bone. Didn't know how concerning this is.
Expert:  Dr. Phil, MD replied 2 months ago.

That is very concerning

what triggers them?

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
Just happens randomly. Ekg was normal
Expert:  Dr. Phil, MD replied 2 months ago.

Did you have a stress test?

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
I thought you were a cardiologist? I just noticed you were not. Can you let a cardiologist answer please sir
Expert:  Dr. Phil, MD replied 2 months ago.

No problem. Keep in mind I am an internist and have extra training in cardiology.

Plus, I'm a cardiology expert on this site

Plus, I don't think this is cardiac at all.

Still want me to opt out?

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
No I can talk to you about it. This is just a second opinion. I went to a local cardiologist and I told him the pains I get. He did an ekg and said it was normal but said my pain is not typical chest pain one gets. He says typical heart attack pain in more centralized in center of chest and it gets worse with activity, shortness of breath etc. He said it typically last minutes not seconds like mine does. Mine last 30 sec at the most.
But he lined up a treadmill and echo test just to do it he said.
Expert:  Dr. Phil, MD replied 2 months ago.

I totally agree with that

That is why I asked you what triggers it

Other causes would be acid reflux, musculoskeletal, lung related.

I highly doubt cardiac though

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
What are typical signs or symptoms you see?
Expert:  Dr. Phil, MD replied 2 months ago.

centralized chest pressure with exertion

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
That doesn't describe mine. Mine is random. I ran for 20 min yesterday and nothing
Expert:  Dr. Phil, MD replied 2 months ago.

then it is not cardiac

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
I have been running and working out. If it was cardiac related would I have signs during that?
Expert:  Dr. Phil, MD replied 2 months ago.

that is correct
