My holter monitor test shows average heart rate 79 minimum

Customer Question

my holter monitor test shows average heart rate 79
minimum heart rate 55 at 04.9
maximum heart rate 117 at 12.03
occasional ventricular ectopic beats
occasional supraventricular ectopic beats with at least three couplets, one triplet and four(5-27 beat)episodes of atrial tachycardia rates up to 178bmp.
no pauses greater than 2 seconds
I have difficulty recovering from episodes and some times it takes as long as 30 minutes to be comfortable to continue to exercise every walk. I un able to get an appointment with the cardiologist until the end of May. Should I press for an earlier appointment I find i am getting more and more fearful of walking even short distances.
