Why do I get tingling in my left leg when I lie down.

Customer Question

Why do I get tingling in my left leg when I lie down. It's not numbness nor does it affect function at all. I'm very healthy and eat/exercise and not over weight.

Thanks for this question

Likely related to a disc in the low back that is pressing on a nerve

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
What's the cure or how do I find out?
Expert:  Dr. Phil, MD replied 1 year ago.

You could get an MRI of the lower back.

There is no cure but it can be managed with physical therapy
