2nd night in a row I've awoken in my hotel with a sworeness

Customer Question

For the 2nd night in a row I've awoken in my hotel with a sworeness in the center of my chest and back. It feels like rib cage and all have been squeezed together tightly. While clearly I'm breathing, deep breaths I have to push for. It is more uncomfortable than truly painful.. But wondered if heart related or otherwise. Hard to go back to sleep.

This is concerning enough for a heart attack that I would recommend going in.

you definitely need to be seen for this
