Doctor ... Mom has congestive heart failure and usually if her feet get edema, around ankle and toes, she will watch salt a lot , reduce it in diet, and it will go normal.... It hasn't this time (swollen one week). Is it strange that only one foot gets edema?? She's began a 3 day regimen of 20 mg Lasix .... Any comments

Yes, that is not normal

it should be both legs

This indicates possibly another issue like a blood clot
