Lately I've had issues with my arms going numb and slight chest pain. As I've never really had any major medical issues I was curious whether I should be concerned. I know it would be stress related as my current situation is a bit hard for me to deal with

One can not assume stress.

It can be a cervical spine issue.

heart issue

Other issue.

Get an EKG and exam today.

Then follow up for further investigation.
