Customer Question

I a prone to panic attacks. I have been having terrible upper back pain and tension for months. Last night it went into my upper chest on both sides of my sternum in the middle of my chest which caused me to panic. I took my blood pressure and it was 155/78 and HR was 104, did deep breathing for about 10 mins, chest pain subsided and my bp was 112/63. Does a cardiac event just come and go like that??? I am so worried.
