I have been experiencing these symptoms 2 weeks

Customer Question

I have been experiencing these symptoms for about 2 weeks and have been told it sounds more like a pinched nerve but I wanted to get your advice. I have had lower and middle pack pain and burning and tingling in both arms, shoulders, back, and sometimes
on my legs and sometimes just below my collarbone. My back, shoulders, and arms feel like they are on fire at time. These symptoms come and go but seem to be worse at night. I work at a job where I sit for 9 hours at a computer and this seems to be when this
all started. I do suffer from anxiety and take alprazolam daily for it. Please advise me on what your thoughts are.

Hot baths and heating pad on my back seems to help with the pain, burning and tingling.
