any hiv hep b,c risk

Hello from JustAnswer.
There is no risk from receiving a punch that makes you bleed if there are no other factors present.
For there to be any risk to you, your opponent would need to be bleeding. If your opponent was bleeding and that blood was able to get to the open wound on your chin, then there would be some risk, but the exact level of risk cannot be quantified.
But, the scenario that you describe would not entail any risk.

that was a quick punch to my chin i dont think i could get his blood because of the fast moving punch would you agree?
Expert:  DrDLove replied 1 year ago.
Yes, that would be correct.
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
so i am 100% risk free from the punch incident ?
Expert:  DrDLove replied 1 year ago.
If there was no bleeding from your opponent, then you are 100% risk free.

like i said before it was quick punch to my chin so i dont think i got his blood do you agree?
Expert:  DrDLove replied 1 year ago.
I cannot know whether he had any bleeding beyond what you tell me. But from your description, there would typically not be any bleeding. If your description is accurate, then there would not be any risk.
