Customer Question

I am a 48 y/o White male
5"11
235 lbs
I've been having chest pains off and on for over a year now. I have gone to the local ED when it first hit me and have since had a complete gambit of exams. ECG, Ultrasound, Stress Test, Nuclear Stress test, and ultimately a cardiac cath....all have been unremarkable. My current cardiologist says I'm fine, but something is not right.
The pains are a sudden onset of twinging and heaviness. I also feel like my heat is fluttering at times ( but not always). I do not get sweaty but often have a pain in my left forearm. The pains do not last for very long 10-30 seconds and are often accompanied by itching under the skin (center left chest between nipple and sternum).
Can someone please help me to figure out whats wrong.
Sincerly,
Keith

do you have any neck or back pain?

This sounds more muscular to me than heart related Keith.
I think you need to see an orthopaedic doctor instead
