I seem to have low grade pain that feels like a sore muscle

Customer Question

I seem to have low grade pain that feels like a sore muscle under my left breast. A week ago it was under my right breast. I experience the same type of pain about 2 months ago which subsided. I have seen my primary physician and have been to a cardiologist which have pretty much ruled out heart disease. Had an EKG & stress test. Any ideas

can you respond to the above questions?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Nothing seems to trigger it that I can pinpoint. It's just a constant dull ache like a sore muscle.
Expert:  Dr. Phil, MD replied 1 year ago.
It could be muscular.
has this been considered?
