What could be a small shadow on the bottom left hand side of the lung. I have been diagnosed with costacondritus which gives me pain like a heart attack. Was diagnosed with QT and erythmia. Pain beggining to spread to left rib cage. Taking tramadol as i am taking lithium and other mental health medications. Can i have something stronger for the pain as it is spreading have not told the doctors yet. Do you think it could be anything to do with the
