No, I don't think you should do any more tests. Stress tests and echos will rule out any problem with the heart in this case. Your heart is normal.

These tests have effectively ruled out ANY problem with the heart.

It is not your heart causing these problems.

It could be muscular or anxiety related but it's not the heart.

It could be something lung related, Mark. Like asthma.

You need pulmonary function tests done for this.

Customer replied 274 days and 15 hours ago.

I had that tested 2 by a respiratory specialist . Like even right now iv got shortness of breath and feel anxious . I don't know why I'm not convinced its not heart

I can assure you it's not your heart Mark.

There are no other tests to be done on the heart. They were normal.

I think it's more anxiety related. You are obviously very worried about your heart but I can assure you it's not.

I would try meds for anxiety to help like an SSRI like paxil and klonopin. This will help

Let's focus on why you think it is.

Customer replied 269 days and 12 hours ago.

Not sure cause not bein able to breath :( and always sore chest ( question what's the chances of me having a murmer in neck artery , ? 1 doctor said I might and I wanted second advice another doc listened and said he would challenge the doctor who said. That lol ?

Picture
Expert:  DrPhilMD replied 269 days and 12 hours ago.

Very very unlikely to have a blockage in a neck artery at your age.

I have never seen it Mark.

Customer replied 269 days and 12 hours ago.

I'm sure you have seen plenty of aniexty patients . What's the best meds I need to get over this

Picture
Expert:  DrPhilMD replied 269 days and 12 hours ago.

I would use an SSRI like prozac with an as needed med like klonopin

Customer replied 269 days and 12 hours ago.

Iv been told lexapro with some xanax

Picture
Expert:  DrPhilMD replied 269 days and 12 hours ago.

That's okay but I don't like xanax.

Too addictive and habit forming.

Clonazepam is better and not as addictive.

Customer replied 269 days and 12 hours ago.

Ok and for chest pain it happens when I stop running and hurts but , doc said chest clear etc no ashma said I might of damaged chest musles

I agree with that 100%.

Chest muscles/cartilage could be sore

Customer replied 269 days and 11 hours ago.

Right now I'm dealing with chest pain hurts to breath sore throat and I get arm pain but as you know had heart checked but mind doesn't make me believe it

Picture
Expert:  DrPhilMD replied 269 days and 11 hours ago.

I know.

You have severe anxiety about this.

I don't doubt there is something there like stomach or muscle pain but it's not your heart

Customer replied 269 days and 11 hours ago.

I know miss my old life never had these feelings . But there freaking scary and intense . Not even having a panic attack hr ATM is 70

Expert:  DrPhilMD replied 269 days and 11 hours ago.

You gotta get on some meds for anxiety Mark

Customer replied 267 days and 12 hours ago.

Yes trying lexapro and Xanax ATM still doesn't take chest pain away after running which sucks ,

Hi what's it mean when cardiologist says you have a low set heart but is completely normal ??

Picture
Expert:  DrPhilMD replied 232 days and 13 hours ago.

Just means that your heart rate is lower than what is "normal" but is low

Customer replied 232 days and 13 hours ago.

He said that's why when he did ECG one lead was wrong until he did echo , so in your option is it completely normal

Picture
