It might actually, yes.

Cialis causes dilation of blood vessels which can make vasovagal syncope worse.

If your doctor gave it to you, you can try a low dose first and see if you have a reaction. Just be very careful.

If you tolerate it okay, you can increase the dose.

Please don’t click “expected more” (one star) or “helped a little” (two stars) as this leaves negative feedback for me. If you aren’t 100% satisfied, click “continue conversation” instead.

Could I potentially pass out during sex if it does effect me syncope? And what is the most common outcome of the mix of this type of drug and my condition?

yes, you could but it's more likely to happen with sudden standing not while laying actually. So it's unlikely.

Most people do okay as long as they are careful not to do any triggers that normally cause the syncope, Chris.

Okay, is there anything I could do or take to lessen the chance of this happening or experiencing adverse effects? Such as a medicine or simply drinking a lot of water beforehand?

That is exactly what I was going to suggest, Chris!

Stay very well hydrated and avoid sudden position changes.
