My mums blood pressure is 173/70 and her pulse rate is 56 per min. Breathing rate is 28 per min. She is 75 years old and weighs 100 kg. please advise treatment. Thank you, Susan

I see a too high blood pressure, low heart rate and too high respiratory rate.
Told her to see him in a week and if it goes to 200 Togo to the hospital

Wow...that is very surprising. Clearly she needs an adjustment of blood pressure to correct for that high BP and low heart rate.
I would also get an EKG to make sure heart is okay.
Finally a chest xray to rule out a lung process is in order with that high respiratory rate.
