His have a history of IST mainly at night. My Cardiologist

Customer Question

His have a history of IST mainly at night. My Cardiologist believes it is a nocturnal panic attack. I have had 3 ultrasounds on my heart, warn a monitor for a month and have had a stress test. All came out good with the diagnosis of IST. I started working out in September and noticed that these attacks were happening lest frequently. Which is awesome however I have been having a lower heart rate of about 57-63 BPM resting heart rate. I had an ultra spin on heart last month annual for a check up and no one mentioned anything to be that was worrisome just that it looks great. If I was having any reason to have the low heart rate would they have seen it on the echo? Just worried.

Yes they probably would have.

However I think your low heart rate is clearly because you are working out.

Exercise lowers your resting heart rate and your isn't low enough to be concerning.

You are ok.
