These PVC's can be due to many reasons and one main cause is ischemic heart disease which you are having, so in your case most likely cause of these PVC's is ischemic heart disease.
Now there are 5 gradings of PVC's
Actually 6 grades and 0 being the mild and 5 being the most severe form of PVC's
You are in grade 2 which is a mild form.
in this case we use medicine like beta blockers to control these PVC"s.
Main risk of uncontrolled PVC's is that they cause symptoms of dizziness and can cause run of life threatening arryrhmias.
So you need to be started on betablockers to control these PVC's.

life threatening arrthmias, u mean like my heart my stop
Yes this means that heart rate can go up so much that heart will not pump adequate blood to the vital organs like brain, kidneys and heart itself.
You have some more questions in your mind.... Let me know.....
Could i have a heart attack or a stroke?
Yes, it can happen, because when the heart rate increases the oxygen demand of the heart also increases and it may not get enough blood with very high heart rate.
stroke can also occur as heart is not pumping adequately.
Your questions ? queries ?
I recently had a heart rate of 130.
It needs to be lowered to around 60s
to lessen the risk of heart attack and PVC's.
Your questions ?
Have more questions ? let me know......
Should i go to the er?
Well, if you are having constant feeling of PVC's and dizziness then ER visit is best option.
As i have mentioned that one major cause of PVCs is ischemic heart disease so this may be worsening and needs an immediate evaluation.
