My Voyager XII popped real loud and I heard about a month ago. I changed the oil and plugs and it ran okay for about a week (though I didn't drive it much). After a few days it started to miss. I thought one of the spark plug coil wires had blown off, but when I took it to the shop and they put a new coil wire on, I took it for a test drive and it still missed very badly and I heard a little pop and then a terrible grinding and oil went all over the place and there's now a hole in the engine block. I'm wondering what caused it and what can I do to find out what caused a Kawasaki engine with only 36,350 miles on it to fall apart like that? Also, how difficult is it to replace the engine on this motorcycle?
