I attempted to remove a small scratch. I used 2000 grit 3M wetdry sandpaper, that I had soaked for about 15 minutes, and a soft Meguiar's sanding block. I very slowly and gently sanded the scratch for about 1 to 2 minutes. I checked every 10 seconds or so to see if the scratch was dissapearing. It didn't. I was left with a pail streak where the scratch was. I used some Meguiar's Ultimate Compound on it then polish to see if they would help. The mark looks the same. I have a picture for you.
