If this is not the problem, I assume the pumps are bad; can they be replaced from under the car without removing the bumper cover?

thank you I will have to follow up with my mechanic. It has been difficult to get any diagonistics done as it has started after towing.

Took advice to see AAMCO as my general mechanic did not have a computer that read the TCM. Overhaul,torque converter and valve body
