Have you tried to disconnect the electrical connector to the MAP sensor up near firewall? It has a vacuum line going to it with electrical connector.
Do you know if you have spark from coil?

Did disconnecting the MAP sensor allow it to start? If it did then replace the MAP sensor and run engine to reset the ignition timing to 10 degrees BTDC with spout wire disconnected.
