hey how are you

1- flashing check engine is random multiple misfire most like fault code p0300

2- you need to check fuel pressure : Your truck specs 1- KEY ON ENGINE OFF : (35 PSI -45PSI)

2- ENGINE RUNNING (28 -45 PSI )

ARE YOU WITHIN SPECS

3- vacuum leak ,spray starting fluid on intake manifold to idle raise up ?

4- when disconnecting battery ,u erase pcm memory , so pcm reset 0 ,when u run & reaches 25% adjustment its max , then it can not balance it starts running rough again. what we call long term & fuel trims.

if you have access to scanner get me the fuel trim reading at idle short term & long term, i can be more accurate for you to what is going on

please let me know

Thank You
